New Feature: Switch WhatsApp Versions for ReplyHero!

Through many of your requests, we’re excited to announce another feature upgrade to ReplyHero: the ability to switch between different WhatsApp versions!

Many of you expressed concern on ReplyHero’s bot replying to all messages across all versions. Now, you can customize the bot to reply to the WhatsApp app of your liking and create your own fully personalized experience.

Setting it Up

Just head over to your Settings, and under the newly-added Customize section, you can select the WhatsApp version that you’d like.

With this feature, you can now easily toggle between:

• Any: Allow ReplyHero to reply to all of your WhatsApp accounts
• WA (Original): Have ReplyHero respond to messages from your personal WhatsApp account.
• WA Business: Perfect for when you are using WhatsApp Business to manage customer interactions, allowing the bot to respond to your Business account.
• Custom: Useful if you are using a modified or other alternative versions of WhatsApp.

Setting up Package Name for Custom Users

If you choose the Custom option, an option to Customize your package name/s will pop up.

From there, you can customize your package name freely, as shown below.

With this new feature, you now have the flexibility to focus the bot’s replies on the exact WhatsApp account that you want to use and manage your communications more efficiently. Isn’t that lovely?
